Pemberton The Peak Sauvignon Blanc 2019
What is Sauvignon Blanc?
Sauvignon Blanc wine is produced in a range of regions including Central Victoria, Yarra Valley, Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Coonawarra, Margaret River and Tasmania. The wines of Margaret River region are generally more towards the tropical fruit end of the spectrum with grassy, spicy, gooseberry overtones – fuller styles, but still crisp and fresh on the pallet.

Comments from Wine Buyer Steve
Pemberton is the place in Western Australia that produces the best Sauvignon Blanc. The cold winters are perfect for this style and we believe a good Savvy from Pemberton can compete with those from NZ. The winery that produces this wine has a sensational winery in Pemberton and Savvy is their speciality. This is a premium Savvy for you to enjoy at 41% off the normal price of the wineries’ brand price.
My Score 93/100 – WACC Gold Medal.
